How Both Workflows Work

Every proposal starts the same way: a sales executive fills out a simple web form right after a client meeting. The workflow then gathers all available context — notes from the form, the AI-generated meeting summary from Fathom, and the client’s RFP document if one was uploaded — and passes everything to Claude Sonnet via OpenRouter. Claude generates a complete, structured, client-specific proposal in the language specified. From there, the two versions diverge.


Proposal Creator V1 — Google Slides Delivery

The essentials, fully automated.

V1 is the foundational workflow. It takes the AI-generated proposal content and injects it directly into a pre-designed Google Slides template using dynamic text replacement. A clean copy of the template is created for each client in Google Drive, populated with the proposal content, and made available for the sales executive to review, customize, and share.

Proposal Creator V2 — Multi-Output with Email Delivery

More context. More formats. Fully delivered.

V2 builds on the same core engine and adds three major capabilities: richer contact data capture, dual output format support (Google Slides and Google Docs), and automatic email delivery of the finished proposal — all from the same form submission.

New in V2:

Extended contact fields. The intake form now captures the client contact’s first name, last name, job title, and email address directly. This data is injected into the proposal template automatically, eliminating manual personalization after the fact.

Dual output: Google Slides and Google Docs. V2 can generate the proposal as a Google Slides presentation, a Google Docs document, or both — depending on the configuration. Each output is created as a clean copy of the corresponding template in Google Drive, populated with the AI-generated content.

Automatic email delivery. Once the proposal is generated and the documents are ready, V2 sends the finished proposal directly to the client’s email address captured in the form — no manual forwarding required.
